Our seniors had a narrow defeat on Saturday against St Patricks in Skreen on a scoreline of 2-6 to 0-10. Although 0-6 to 0-1 down our lads fought back but two goals in quick succession knocked the wind out of the comeback. Well done to Adrian Frain who competed in the All Ireland Basketball finals this weekend in Belfast. The team were narrowly defeated in the Semi Final but it wasn't for the lack of trying on Adrian's behalf who netted 12 points.
Congratulations to the Community Centre committee who held their official opening at the weekend. Many of our teams have made use of the fine facility at some stage in the winter months and we wish them every success.
Our u-11s have the great honour of lining out in Croke Park on April 14th. They will play teams from all over the country. We wish them an enjoyable day and it'll be one they're sure to never forget!!
