Our U8 and U10 Boys travelled to Oxfield on Saturday morning for the opening round of fixtures in their respective Blitz competitions. Our four squads turned in some great displays. Thanks to Drumcliffe/Rosses Point for their excellent organisation on the day. There will be no underage coaching this Easter Saturday. Coaching resumes Saturday morning April 26th.

On Thursday evening last our Minor Boys were well beaten at home by Tubbercurry in the A League competition. They will hope to bounce back when they go to Hazlewood this Thursday evening to play Calry/St Joseph's at 6.30pm.

Our senior team travelled to Tubbercurry on Saturday last for the 2nd round of fixtures in the league. A hardworking display from the team saw them overcome the loss of a man in the second half and a three point deficit as the game entered it's final quarter. Final score Tubbercurry 0-11 St Molasie Gaels 0-11. This Easter Sunday at 5.00pm the team are at home to Eastern Harps.

On Friday evening last our U12 Girls made it two wins from two fixtures after defeating CT Gaels in Enniscrone. This Wednesday evening April 16th our U16 Girls have a rearranged fixture away to St Michael's.

There was disappointment though for our U16 Boys beaten 1-23 to 0-06 by an excellent  Shamrock Gaels side in Coola on Friday night last. On Bank Holiday Monday the side will look to get back on winning tracks with a home fixture against Owenmore Gaels at 6.30pm.

Next Tuesday April 22nd our 12 boys A and D squads open their season with home fixtures against Tubbercurry at 7.00pm.

The Club is progressing Plans for the development of our 2nd Playing Pitch and hope to be in a position to start work very shortly. Thanks are due to our Grounds Development Committee who have  brought this Project forward. This is an exciting development for the Club and we hope Players, Supporters. Members and the community will recognise our continuing efforts to improve our facilities at Monsignor Hynes Park.
