The Intermediate team just had a challenge game at the weekend and hopefully a full calender of events will be back from next weekend. Training continues as usual for all teams. Fixtures can be seen on sligogaa.ie.
Sligo GAA are having a fundraising day at the Sligo Races on August 19th. Tickets cost €30.00 which include entrance, race card, free bet and inclusion in draw for many prizes on the day. There were no jackpot winners in our weekly lotto. Numbers drawn on Saturday 26th were 13. 20. 24. and 27. and receives €50 each. There were no match 3 so the drawn winners were they were Rosemary Healy, Bloomfield and Marie Kelly, Ballintogher The next draw will be next Saturday night in The Innisfree Bar Ballintogher for the usual jackpot of €10,000 with the reserve now standing at €5,600.00
The Club wish to extend deepest sympathies to Cecila Brennen on the death of her sister Rose Lasbury Farr. Also to the family of the Late Eugene O Connor, Bloomfield whose death occurred at the weekend. Eugene was a former Asst Treasurer of Ballintogher and St Michaels GAA Club.
