Our Intermediates qualified for the Co Semi finals with a hard fought win over a very defensive Cloonacool side on Saturday evening last. Eoin Doherty was top scorer knocking over 6 pts, with Conor Griffin, Keith Farragher, Cormac Coyne, Eoin Nicholson, Conor Heraughty, Daire O'Brien all tapping over a point each but score of the game came from corner back Dara McConnon who scored a very lucrative point from a seemingly impossible distance,at least 60 meters from goal.
Next up for the lads is a meeting with St Pats in the Co Semi Final.

The Minor team qualified for the Co Final with an excellent win over Tubbercurry/Cloonacool at Hazelwood on Friday evening. The lads showed great character to hold out and win by the narrowest of margins at the final whistle.

Our ladies team also qualified for the Junior Co Final on Saturday next at Quigabar Enniscrone. Throw in 1pm.
Please come out and support our girls, this is a remarkable achievement  for this young team and they deserve all the support they can get.

Our u/16 girls went down to a very strong Eastern Harps team mid week, while our u/9's and u/11's had excellent wins over Ballisadare.

Any fully paid up member who wishes to be in with a chance to purchase an All Ireland Football Final Ticket must text "Football" and their name to Edel on 0872490006.
Draw takes place on Wed evening at 8pm at the Clubhouse.
Congratulations to our Chairman Eddie MacHale who won first prize in the latest Club Sligo Draw.

We would like to thank those who helped out in our bag packing fundraiser at the weekend, and especially to Dunnes Stores for allowing us the opportunity.

The Club extends its sincere condolences to the Gallen family Hazelwood Ave, the Feehily family Hazelwood and formerly
The Mall and the Whelan family Cartron Pt on their recent bereavements.
