In the u16 Connacht Club Hurling Championship, Easkey/St.Farnans defeated Carrick on Thursday night, and now face Mayo Champions Toreen, on Saturday in the Connacht Centre of Excellence Ballyhaunis.

On Sunday, our eagerly awaited Strictly Come Dancing takes place in The Diamond Coast Hotel.

The dancing couples have put in a tremendous amount of work into training and fundraising over the last couple of months, and the local community have enjoyed the many great fun events and nights out. 

Thank you to all for the great support shown to date - it is wonderful to see such great community spirit and local pride, alive and well in Easkey.

Doors open for the big event at 7pm, with the show commencing at 8pm.

There are a limited number of tickets available in local shops, or through the dancers or committee.

People are advised to arrive early.
