December events

December is set to be a busy month for our club. On Friday the 12^th, we will be holding our annual general meeting at 9pm in the Diamond Coast Hotel, Enniscrone. As always, we encourage as many people as possible to attend this meeting as we review 2014 and plan for the coming year.

Then, at Christmastime, our annual married vs singles match is set to take place on Sunday, December 28^th at Quigabar. This is definitely a date for your diary as it is always a fantastic event, with many club legends taking to the field to test their wits against their younger counterparts, and there are always plenty of talking points in the aftermath! Everyone is welcome to play, and all proceeds will go towards a designated charity. 

Then, on Monday 29^th of December, our annual dinner dance will take place in the Diamond Coast Hotel, Enniscrone. This promises to be a terrific evening’s entertainment as we honour our successful teams from 2014, as well as presenting our usual awards. More details will be made available shortly.

Missing man

Brian Farrell, originally from Culleens, has been missing in Stockholm, Sweden, since last week. If you know anything about his whereabouts, or know someone who might, make sure to notify Gardai immediately. For further details, find ‘Missing Irish Man’ on Facebook.
