Club meeting
There
will be an important club meeting this Sunday (November 30th) at 4pm
in the Diamond Coast Hotel, Enniscrone. All members are asked to attend.
December events
December
is set to be a busy month for our club. On Friday the 12th, we will be holding
our annual general meeting at 9pm in the Diamond Coast Hotel, Enniscrone. As
always, we encourage as many people as possible to attend this meeting as we
review 2014 and plan for the coming year.
Then,
at Christmas time, our annual married vs singles match is set to take place on
Sunday, December 28th at Quigabar. This is definitely a date for your diary as
it is always a fantastic event, with many club legends taking to the field to
test their wits against their younger counterparts, and there are always plenty
of talking points in the aftermath! Everyone is welcome to play, and all
proceeds will go towards a designated charity.
Finally,
on Monday 29th of December, our annual dinner dance will take place in the
Diamond Coast Hotel, Enniscrone. This promises to be a terrific evening’s
entertainment as we honour our successful teams from 2014, as well as
presenting our usual awards. More details will be made available shortly.
Sympathies
We
extend our sympathies to the Farrell family, Culleens, following the death of
Brian Farrell last week in Sweden.
