AGM

We held our Annual General Meeting last Friday evening in the Diamond Coast Hotel, Enniscrone. The largest attendance for some years engaged in lively discussion, with Chairman Declan Rouse presiding.

The Chairman extended sympathy to all those bereaved in 2014, congratulated our successful teams, thanked our sponsors and players for their efforts in 2014 amongst other things in his address – the full version will be available online shortly.

Secretary Brendan Murray delivered a comprehensive report on the clubs activities in 2014, including team performances, coaching and fundraising. The full report will be available online shortly.

Treasurer Joe Cawley outlined the clubs financial position, with a detailed report on the clubs finances in 2014. 

Following this, the election of officers took place. The following were put in place for 2015:

Dinner Dance

Our annual dinner dance will take place on Monday December 29th in the Diamond Coast Hotel, Enniscrone. Tickets are now available from Declan Rouse (086) 2601462, Brendan Murray (087) 7856809 or Joe Cawley (087) 9173991. To avoid disappointment please get your tickets early as numbers are limited for what promises to be an entertaining evening.

 

Married vs Singles

The annual married vs singles match is fixed for Sunday, December 28th, with throw in at 2pm in Quigabar. Everyone is welcome to tog out or simply support this event, which is always great craic, and is this year in aid of the Brian Farrell Family Support fund. We hope to see you all on the day for a bit of festive fun!
