Well done to our Senior men football team on their hard fought win in Round 3 of the Sligo Senior Championship on Sunday evening last, in Keash. Goals in either half curtsey of Cathal Henry and John Kelly helped the team run out winners on a scoreline of Tourlestrane 2-10 Eastern Harps 0-13. The team take on Drumcliffe/Rosses Point in Oxfield on Sunday at 1pm in round 4 of the championship.

The Minor boys drew with defending champions, St. Mary's in a highly entertaining "A" championship encounter on Wednesday in Kent Park. Tourlestrane lead at half time but the home side got vital scores towards the end of the game and the game closed out on a score of 2-8 to 0-14. The team play St. Molaise Gaels in round 3 of the competition on Tuesday at 7pm in Tourlestrane. 

Well done to our Juniors who have advanced to the Junior B semi final beating St. Pat's 6-12 to 2-9 in Easkey on Saturday evening.

The Senior hurlers have advanced to the semi final stages of the championship despite losing 1-15 to 1-10 to Coolera/Strandhill on Sunday.

The Senior ladies suffered defeat in round 2 of their championship campaign when they travelled to Geevagh on Sunday morning last. Final score Tourlestrane 1-05 Geevagh 2-14. The team travel to St. Nathy's on Friday to play the last group game of the campaign.  

Well done to the Minor Girls team who made it 3 wins out of three in the championship. They beat St Michaels on a scoreline of 8-10 to 3-3 on Tuesday last.

Well done to the U-14 girls who played their first game of the 'A' championship when they travelled to Coola to play Shamrock Gaels on Friday last. The team came away with a comprehensive victory on a scoreline of 11-21 to 1-8.

 The U-12 girls start their championship at home to Eoghan Rua on Wednesday at 6:45 in Tourlestrane main pitch.

Congratulations to our U-12 hurling team and management who overcame Tubbercurry on a scoreline on 0-8 to 0-3 to claim the U-12 B title in Markievicz Park last night. Well done to all involved.
