In commenting on the competitions, John Tobin said, ‘I am looking forward to these games and I have no doubt that we will see football of a high standard, giving further evidence of the enormous work being carried out with the young players within their clubs. We have a very strong base of coaching within the province and this competition provides clubs with an opportunity to compete at a higher level’.
