6:30-7:30pm in Banada Hall. €2 charge to cover hall.

Physical Literacy for u-6/u-8 players with Eanna Casey in Summerhill on Monday Jan 23rd from 7-9pm
Injury Rehab Programme:
Liam og is running a rehab programme for any young players in County who need help rehabilitating medium to long term injuries. Cost €5 euro/session and all work is carried out in Scarden. Sessions take place on Mondays from 5-6pm.
