The Senior Men came up short against Coolera/Strandhill in a sun drenched Connolly Park on Saturday evening. Two quick-fire second half goals from the visitors propelled them to a five point victory. An entertaining game which could have gone either way, but a big improvement on last week's outing. Again a number of youngsters involved today who showed well. A decent run-out in preparation for when the real business starts in two weeks time against Geevagh in Division 2.

The club is running a 6 week nursery for children aged between 4 and 6 years old (born in 2011/2012). It continues this Thursday 30th March 6-7 in the Teeling Centre. The Lotto draw took place in The Owenmore Inn on Monday 6th March. The numbers drawn were 12, 13, 23, 31. There was no winner of the €6,000 Jackpot. Congrats to our ‘Match 3’ winners Kathleen Kane & Ultan Doherty who each win €50.
