A special mention has to go to our u14 hurler Luke Marren who with the last puck of the game (v Castleconnor) sent over a fantastic equaliser from a 65. One that many a senior would be proud of.
Also well done to our u12s and u14s who continue to show battling qualities and are getting their rewards for the work that they're putting in. Keep up the good work everyone. And thanks to all the coaches who continue to give up their free time to coach and attend training workshops.

Road To Croker.
And so the road to Croker for Sligo seniors begins with a home game against Antrim this Saturday the 17th in Markievicz Park at 5pm. Also on Saturday evening Sligo ladies take on Roscommon in Kilcoyne Park.

It is very disappointing that again this week vandalism has taken place in Kilcoyne park with windows and lights broken and stones thrown onto the pitches.
Also the stand continues to be used for anti social activities.
