Ladies couch to 5k eight weeks for beginner running programme, starts in Bunnanadden Park with registration on Thursday the 21st September at 8:00pm €30.00 per person. Programme commences Tuesday the 26th September at 7:30 to 8:30pm and every Tuesday and Thursday there after.
Men's couch to 5k eight week for beginner running programme, starting in Bunnanadden Park with registration on Thursday the 21st of September at 8:00pm €30.00 per person. Programme commences Tuesday 26th September at 9:00 to 10:00pm and every Tuesday and Thursday there after.
