The junior team bowed out of the Junior Championship at the semifinal stage on Saturday where they were defeated by Tourlestrane on a scoreline of 1-11 to 0-8. It was a disappointing performance on the day but the club would like to thank the panel and management for their commitment throughout the year. The long delayed under 16 championship resumes on Tuesday where we take on Easkey/Enniscrone/Kilglass at 7pm in Scarden in a playoff to reach the knockout stages. The under 20 championship will be commencing soon and training for this competition will start in the coming weeks. All players eligible and interested in playing in this competition are asked to contact club secretary Fergus Leonard as soon as possible.
