30th Anniversary Celebration Book

Our 30th Anniversary Celebration Book is now on sale in local shops and from club members. The book is a fine production, full of interesting articles and interviews with people associated with the club over those years. There are many match reports and pictorial records of football and social events as well as descriptions of the progress the club has made. Do you remember that cabin we used as a dressing room in Cuilbeg or who will ever forget the turlough that appeared each winter in the middle of the pitch!! Look back on these and many more memories and relive many of those glory days of football victories and the wonderful celebrations afterwards. It is a most colourful production and will make an ideal Christmas present for a loved one at home or abroad. For further information contact Tommy at 086-0793791.

St Johns AGM

Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday Dec 2nd at 8.30pm (sharp) in The Riverside Hotel. All club members and anybody else who has an interest in getting involved in our club at any level, be it in playing, coaching or in administration is most welcome to attend. This is a very important year for the club as we once again will take part in the Senior Championship and move forward on the great work done at underage level over the last few years.

Stephen’s Day Game

A novel game in planned for Stenson Park on St Stephen’s day when the St John’s Homeboys will take on the St John’s Emigrants. This should be a great way to shake off the excesses of Christmas and to meet up with old mates. So keep an eye on the St John’s Facebook for updates.
