Senior

Our senior team followed up on their win against Enniscrone with a comprehensive 4-7 to 0-7 win over local rivals Castleconnor on Saturday. A 2nd half hat trick from Ryan McKenna ensured that our winning start to the league campaign continued. The games come thick and fast over the next few weekends, with St Johns up next at 6.30 pm in Easkey next Saturday for round 3.

Senior Hurling

Our senior hurlers beat local rivals Western Gaels in Enniscrone, on a scoreline of 0-11 to 2-4 last weekend. Next up for the hurlers is Tourlestrane in round 3 of the Dermot Molloy Senior league at 12 o’clock on Sunday 15th April in Easkey.

U16   

The Easkey/ Enniscrone-Kilglass U-16 team play Calry/St Joseph’s on Monday, April 16th at 6.30pm in Quigabar.

Minor

The Easkey/ Enniscrone-Kilglass minor team have two Division One fixtures coming up in the next week. First up is Eastern Harps in Quigabar on Tuesday, while on Friday 13th they are away to Curry.

Underage Hurling

Underage Hurling training continues during the week as follows.

Saturday morning – u8s, u10s - 11.15am – 12.

Saturday morning - u12, u14s - 12-1 pm

Monday night u12-u14 8-9 pm in the factory (see Easkey/St Farnans page on Facebook)

U8-U10

Training continues on Saturday morning at 10 on the Astro Turf in Owenbeg for all U8 and U10s.

U12- U14

Training continues for the u12 and u14 teams during the week.  The under 12s played Enniscrone last night, Monday the 9th but unfortunately came out on the losing side in Quigabar.

5k/10k /10 Mile Fun Run

The annual Easkey castle Fun Run takes place next Sunday 15th April in Easkey. It starts at 2pm and promises to be a great day out for all the family. To register please visit www.coretiming.ie . Entrance fees are 15 euro for the 5k and 10k and 20 euro for the 10 mile.

Training continues Monday evenings.
