Our under 12 girls lost out to a very good Shamrock Gaels team during the week. The girls performed admirably especially the younger ones who were not afraid to step up to the mark. Our underage nursery teams had a fantastic trip to Ballymote during the week where all teams at all grades recorded victories.  Next up is the visit of Bunninadden to Ballinode on Wednesday evening next.  Hard luck to our under 10 team who lost out to Geevagh on Saturday in the community games.   Thanks to Gerard Higgins for kindly refereeing a game for us.
On Saturday next we host our annual "Hugh McLoughlin" tournament in memory of this great man who was running of the founding members of our under age Academy in our club.  We hope to have a host of clubs from around the area to come and contest this great tournament. It will it be based on mixed teams from the under 10 age bracket.  Please feel free to come and watch this great event.
The senior team made at six from six when they defeated St Michaels by 1-19 to   0-09 points on Sunday morning last.
