Team News
The men’s Division 3 team made it three wins in a row in the league after
beating St. Marys on a scoreline of 1-16 to 1-8 last Saturday evening in Kent
Park. Next up for the senior men is a home tie against Ballymote in Connolly
Park this Sunday at 1pm. The winner earns a place in the Abbott Cup Final.
The men’s Division 4 team were well beaten on Friday last against a well
drilled Drumcliffe/Rosses-point.
Heartbreak last weekend for the U12 girls in the “A” plate final against St Farnans.
Definitely the best performance of the season even
though they couldn't get the win it deserved. The final score of 13-5 doesn't
tell the whole story of what an extremely competitive match it was. Hold your
heads high girls, the championship awaits!
Well done to the U12& U11 boys who played
out two entertaining games against St. Johns in Connolly Park on Tuesday last.
