Congratulations to our Boys U16 squad and management team on their brilliant A League final win against St Mary's in Scarden on Wednesday night last. It was an absolutely outstanding team performance by Gaels against the only side to have defeated them in this years league competition. The squad will now turn their efforts to the A championship and open their campaign this week against St Mary's also.

Our senior turned in their best performance of the season to edge a 0-17 to 1-12 thriller away to Tubbercurry on Sunday last in the 9th and final round of the Division I League. The sides renew opposition this Sunday July 22nd in the final of the Kiernan Cup in Bunninadden Community Park at 12.30pm. We hope to see good support for the team on Sunday. Last Sunday's game saw the welcome return to action of Dean Carroll after a lengthy spell out injured.

Both our Boys U12 squads secured their places in the knockout stages of their League competitions following good wins at home to Owenmore Gaels.

This Wednesday evening July 18th our Division IV squad have their final fixture in the league with an away clash against Owenmore Gaels in Connolly Park at 8.00pm. The team have already qualified for the final of the League competition.

Our U12 Girls were beaten by four points by Shamrock Gaels in the  championship on Friday evening last.

 
On Thursday evening our U12 Hurlers are at home to Naomh Eoin at 7.30pm while on the same evening our Minor Boys have an A Championship fixture away to Easkey/Enniscrone at 7.00pm.

The next Club Lotto Draw will take place on Tuesday July 24th . Thank You to everyone for their continued support for this important Club fundraiser. The Jackpot now stands at 2,100 euros.

The Kelloggs Cul Camp takes place on July 23rd to July 27th at Monsignor Hynes Park. Booking can be done on line or on the first morning of the camp. Costs is 60 euro per child with discounts for 2nd, 3rd and subsequent children in each family.
