Our Senior team beat Tourlestrane in the Junior A championship quarter
final on a scoreline of 4-10 to 1-8 in Quigabar on Saturday evening. Our
starting team on Saturday was Shane Kilgannon; Ian Barrett, Noel McGuire,
Hayden Gilroy; John Feeney, Rory McHugh, Bernard Feeney; Dylan Sloyan, Mikie
Gordon; James Lindsay, Emmet Healy, Joseph Dunphy; Andrew Kilcullen, Ryan
McKenna, Kevin Duffy. Subs used Jonathan Conway, Eugene Mullen, Ciaran Montague.
U16
The Easkey/ Enniscrone-Kilglass U-16s had a brilliant 3-15 to 2-8 win
over Tourlestrane in the B Championship semi-final last Monday night 10th
September. They play St Johns now in the B county final, fixed for next Monday
night the 17th September at 6.15 with venue to be announced. Please
support the lads.
Senior Hurling
Easkey play Calry/St Josephs in the final round of group stage games in
the Senior Hurling Championship on Sunday 16th September at 4pm down
in Hazelwood pitch. Please support
Junior
The next fixture for our Junior Bs is a Quarter final vs Coolera/Strandhill
this Saturday the 15th September at 5.30 in Ransboro Park. Please support.
Connacht Gaa Bursary Scheme
2018/2019
Connacht GAA have again reiterated their commitment to the ongoing
educational development of its players and members by announcing details of the
2018/2019 GAA National Student Bursary scheme. Connacht GAA, in support of the
National Student Bursary Scheme, will award bursaries of €750 to students
attending Higher Education colleges. Please visit Sligo GAA website for more

Minor Football
The Easkey/Enniscrone-Kilglass minor team will play their final
championship group game on Friday, September 14th when they host Eastern Harps
at 7pm.
Underage Hurling
Underage Hurling training continues during
the week as follows.
Saturday morning – u8s/ u10s/ u12s 11am – 12
at the pitch
Monday night u8s/ u10s/ u12s 8-9 pm at the

U8-U10
Training continues on Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 10 in
the pitch for all U8 and U10s.
Easkey GAA Annual Cycle
Our annual 40km cycle takes place this Saturday at 10.30am (registration from 9am at Easkey Community Centre). A very scenic route and very enjoyable cycle with a stop for refreshments at The Beach Bar and again at the finish in Easkey Community Square. Grab a bike and join us, with a route that suits people of all levels of fitness. Adults 20 euro, u18s 10 euro.
