Following on from our win in the Junior A championship over Owenmore
Gaels last weekend, our senior lads now move onto the Junior Connacht
Championship with a fixture against Leitrim champions Glenfarne/Kiltyclogher in
Carrick on Shannon on Saturday 3rd November at 2pm. Please travel to
support our lads if you can.
U21 Football
The Easkey/ Enniscrone- Kilglass u21s had two great wins last weekend in
the u21 A football championship. Firstly a 1-12 to 0-9 victory over
Tourlestrane last Friday under lights in Tourlestrane and an impressive 2-13 to
2-3 victory over Tubbercurry/Cloonacool on Sunday in Quigabar. They await the
completion of the remaining group games this weekend and look forward to a Semi
Final place as group 3 winners in the coming weeks.
U16 Hurling
Congratulations to the Easkey/St Farnans u16s who beat Westport on a
scoreline of 4-08 to 3-08 in the Connacht club hurling championship. They now
advance to play Four Roads of Roscommon in the semi final this Saturday 27th
October at 2pm in Connacht GAA Centre in Bekan.
Race Night
Easkey
Gaa will be holding a Race Night fundraiser in The Castle Inn on Saturday 27th
October. You can buy a horse/jockey which will be on sale in local businesses
