Operation Transformation 2019

After the excesses of the Christmas and following the very successful venture into the Healthy Club field last year, St Johns club invite people, young and not so young, to partake in Operation Transformation 2019 which commenced on Jan 8th and goes on until Feb 28th . This is open to members and non-members of St Johns. It features structured exercise sessions indoors on Tuesday and Thursday nights led by experts with a Bootcamp/’Couch to 5K’ on Saturday mornings. Also track your weight loss and expert nutrition talk and advice. There will also be a walking and general fitness speaker and an expert mindcoaching speaker.

You can still join by coming along to the Gilhooly Hall on Tuesday  at 6.45 where the indoor circuit training will take place until 8pm. On Thurs the venue is the Carraroe Social Centre from 8pm to 9pm. On Sat mornings there will be a choice of activities with Pilates in The Oratory, Ballisadare from 9.00 to 10 am, OR Bootcamp in Cuilbeg GAA Pitch from 9.30 to 10.30am.

This is a most enjoyable way to get out and meet people in a friendly, healthy environment and to get over the winter blues and prepare for a long hot summer ! For more information please call Seamus 085 2498067 or Fergal 087 6760277 or check up the St John’s website
