We are holding the club’s annual St Patrick’s Day Family Hot Pot event this Sunday, March 17th in Harry’s Bar & Bistro, Rosses Point. Why not join us after the Sligo and Grange parades for an enjoyable club get-together. There’ll be food available for all the family and an opportunity to watch the All-Ireland club football and hurling finals. Food served from 1:30pm onwards.  If you would like to prepare a pot of Chicken Curry, Irish stew etc. for our St Patrick’s Day event, please contact Mary Power on 0876288718.

The club will be taking part on the Sligo St Patrick’s Day Parade on Sunday, For more info, contact Declan on 0879480114.

Our GAA nursery began last Saturday for players born 2009-2012 at Rathcormac. The first season for the younger nursery players (born 2013 & 2014) was postponed until this Saturday 16th because of the weather. Saturday’s session will start at 9:45am (outdoors) and will last 45 minutes. For more info, contact Austin on 0876855621. New players are always very welcome. Coaching for players born 2009-2012 takes place as usual at 10:30am. Please note the new venue - Rathcormac NS (not Oxfield). 

Our boys minor footballers are scheduled to play their first league match next Monday (Mar 18th) against Eastern Harps in Oxfield at 12pm.

Our club meeting for March will take place on Monday 25th in Oxfield at 9pm.

Our senior men’s footballers will begin their Division 2 season with a home match against St Farnan’s on the weekend of March 30th/31st. Day and time to be confirmed. Before that, Fergal O’Flaherty’s side will play. Before that, the team will play Owenmore Gaels on March 23rd in Oxfield in the Benson Cup.


Our women's intermediate footballers will begin their Div 2 league season with a home game against Shamrock Gaels at Oxfield on Sunday, March 31st at 11am.
