Our club nursery programme for the new season for the U/6s and U/8s has started on Friday evenings in the Community Centre and the Community Park. All parents are asked to help the coaches out where they can. The club are seeking the help and support of ex players and parents to come on board and get involved in the running of all our underage teams for the year ahead. It Is unfair to ask current players on our senior panel to get involved in this activity as they have their own commitments to the club as players. Anyone interested in helping out should contact Chairman Bill Carty or secretary Fergus Leonard in the coming days. The minor team will play St. Molaise Gaels away in the league on Monday 18th March at 12 noon. Our seniors will play Tourlestrane away on this coming Friday evening at 8.30pm under lights in the second round of the Abbot Cup. The next round of the U/21 A championship is in a couple of weeks time on a date to be confirmed. A big thank you to all who supported the recent club run operation transformation which was a big success socially and financially.
