The club would like to extend our condolences to the family and friends of the late Margaret Gormley. Margaret as well as being a local representative was a regular supporter of her nephews at our club games and her nieces at St Nathys. The Gormley family have long been involved on the field of the club including Margaret’s late brother Owen and her surviving brothers Brendan and Liam. We extend our sympathies to the Gormley family at this time and we are thankful her for her support over the years.
Congratulations to the Sligo minor team who defeated Down in the Ulster league shield final in Clones on Saturday last especially to the players from our minor team Roland Scanlon, Oisin Gorman, Connor Finn and Jack Lavin.
The u16s are playing Geevagh/ St.Michaels in geevagh Wednesday the 17th at 7pm.The minor team are playing at home in Bunnanadden at 6:30 on Monday the 22nd. Next Sunday the 21st the senior team are playing away to St Farnans at 3pm. All support for the teams are greatly appreciated.
