The Senior Ladies got the Championship off to a good start with a 3-14 to 2-6 win over St Maloise Gaels last Sunday. The Gaels raced into an early lead with two goals from Jade Lyons, one from the penalty spot, however St Maloise responded well and dominated the last fifteen minutes of the half leaving a point in the game at half time. The Gaels gave an impressive second half performance, keeping St Maloise to two points and ran out comfortable winners in the end. The team was: Meabh McDermott, Lisa Conlon, Aisling Boyd, Eillis O'Connor, Naomh Quinn, Aoife Morrisroe, Louise Merrick (0-1), Jade Lyons (2-5), Siobhan Brennan, Rachel Boyd (0-3), Meg Craig, Roisin Kearns (1-1), Erin Mullaney (0-3), Aoife O'Connor, Aoife Brennan. Subs: Mairead Tuohy for A O'Connor, Isobel Clarke for E O'Connor, Amy Healy for M Craig, Jane Benson (0-1) for L Conlon, Grace O'Carroll for R Kearns. Kate Brehony. They now take on St Pats at home next Sunday. 

Well done to Aoife Morrisroe who was selected on the Div 3 Team of the Year.

Hard luck to Sligo last weekend and congratulations to Karl McKenna and David Quinn who made their Championship debuts.

The Senior team are back in action this weekend with a home game on Sunday at 12.00PM against Curry. The Div 3 team take on Eastern Harps away on Saturday at 7.00PM.

Well done to the U18 boys who qualified for the semi final of the league on 7th July against St Marys with a 7-13 to 2-12 win over Eastern Harps in their final group game.

The U16 boys lost the A Shield semi final to Tubbercurry/Cloonacool last Monday. The team was: Brian Dwyer, Andrew Barlow, Patrick Barrett, Ciaran Kenny, Jamie Parke, Conor Sheridan, Andrew McGreevy, Adam Kearns (0-1), Conor McMorrow (0-1), Dylan McKenna, Shane Dwyer, Troy Gilgarro, James Foley, Jason Kilkenny (0-1), Jay Rogers (1-0). subs: Charlie Mullen (0-1) Keelan Brehony, Oisin Conlon, Nathan Wimsey.
The U14 girls lost to CT Gaels last Tuesday. The team was: Cheyenne Casey, Louise Robertson, Meabh Callaghan (0-1), Ruby O'Sullivan, Hannah Sheridan, Sarah McKeon, Sophie Swan, Lara Swan (1-4), Nola Eivers (0-1), Hannah Willis (0-1), Lyn Barlow, Emma Rainey, Amy Malone (0-1), Cloda Conlon, Chloe McCann subs: Beth Candon (1-1), Sarah Carroll, Chloe Somers, Katie Brehony, Lilly Barber, Clodagh Costello.​

The U14 boys play Tourlestrane this Thursday at 7PM in Coola while the U12 boys lost to a strong Calry side last Tuesday.
