Junior team had no game this weekend. Training continues as usual. 

U14 girls came up against a fancied Owenmore Gaels side last Tuesday 14th. Owenmore Gaels had a very strong start and took our girls a while to settle. By half-time St Michaels were 11 points behind but credit to the girls they never let there heads drop. A fantastic 2nd half performance saw them take the lead with 30 secs to go only to be out done by 3 late scores by Gaels. Game finished 6-9 to 6-3. Last league game is home to Geevagh on Tuesday 28th.

Our Senior ladies team started there Intermediate Championship with an away trip to Eoghan Rua on Sunday 19th May. Playing with a strong breeze in the second half we took a 2-8 to 1-1 lead in to half time. Eoghan Rua came at us in the 2nd half but the ladies kept there lead at all times. Game finished 6-9 to 1-7. Great win to start the Championship. Next Championship game next Sunday home to Curry, please come out to cheer on the girls. The under 8 and under 10 training takes place on Saturday mornings on the main  pitch. 

Training continues Wednesday nights from 19:00 to 20:00 in Coola Hall for all U12 girls.  New members can register on the night. For further details contact Michael 0871229396.
