Well done to Sligo minors and hurlers on two great victories.
This was a great victory for the minors who found themselves 7pts to 1 down twenty minutes into the 1st half but held their nerve and played some excellent football to gain victory. Wins in their final two games will guarantee them a Connacht final spot.
The Sligo Hurlers had to dig deep to beat Warwickshire with our own Mark Burke lining out in goal. They now play Armagh in the final on the 22nd June in Croke Park.
Congrats to Tubber seniors and management on a hard fought victory over neighbours Coolaney/Mul. in the KC final with the minimum between the teams at the end. A 1st title for new manager Colm Mcgee and his backroom team.
