Hard luck to the U16 team who lost to Eastern Harps in the final of the B Championship last weekend. The Gaels never got going in this game and a strong second half performance from the Harps saw them go on to win on a score line of 2-16 to 1-9. The Senior ladies had a good 2-14 to 0-5 win over Curry in the final league game at the weekend and now play St Michaels in the Shield Final. There was no winner of the lotto draw last weekend. The numbers drawn were 3, 22, 23 and 25. There was one match 3 winner, Joe Molloy, Castlebaldwin while Martin Cassidy won the house draw. The jackpot now stands at €2,600 with the next draw in Tommy Macs on 2nd November.
