Next Saturday our men's team will be writing club history when they play Kilmaine of Mayo in the Connacht Junior Championship Final.  Currently the game is fixed for Saturday 16th at 2pm in McHale Park, Castlebar.  This is a hugely important game for our club and all support is welcomed as we bid to bring a Connacht Junior Championship title back to our club and county. 

Our Ladies picked up more silverware as they defeated our neighbours Shamrock Gaels in a very closely contested Shield Final.  A goal in the first half from Darra O'Loughlin helped our ladies to a 2 point lead at half time.  A second goal was provided by Eilise Codd 5 minutes from the final whistle.  This proved crucial in what was to be a 3 point victory. 

Continued good luck to the representatives of our U14 girls team who are currently trialling for our county U14 team.

Our Club would like extend our sympathies to the family of Vivienne Hennessy, late of Collooney.
