Our “Operation Transformation Plus Committee “are currently finalising plans to ensure this upcoming event will run smoothly and deliver on all its promises . What a line up we have
to offer So whatever you want to achieve, be it reduce your metabolic age or increase your muscle mass or improve your well being and more besides. We have it all! Just to note that individuals and teams can take part. So please come along on your own if that
suits or come along with some friends and then you all can support each other to achieve your goals - it’s going to be absolutely brilliant!. The 7 week Programme kicks off on Monday January 13th at 6,30pm in the Clubhouse. Cost per individual for
the 7 week Programme is €50.
Our first Club Lotto draw of 2020 will take place on Monday Jan 13th at 8.30pm in the Clubhouse.
