One of the fixtures to survive in the north west on Saturday were the Dale Farm Ulster minor league fixtures. Sligo traveled to Ballyshannon on Saturday morning and faced the stiff breeze in the first half. 

Sligo did manage to score in the first half, a feat that our hosts failed to do in the second half with Cian Oates getting the Yeatsmen on the scoreboard. At half time Sligo trailed 0-1 v 1-5. 

Midway through the second half the gap was down to 3 and with 10 minutes to go the teams were level but either team failed to find a winner with the draw probably the correct result in the conditions. 

Next Saturday the team travel to Fermanagh
