Table Quiz: Thanks to everyone who supported the Clubs table quiz last Friday night. A great night was had by all. Thanks to Gormleys Corner House for providing a great set up on the night and Marty Underwood for sponsoring the prizes.
U21: Well done to the U21 team who beat Owenmore Gaels in the U21 B quarter final last Sunday. Ballymote lead by 0-6 to 0-4 at half time started the second half brightly however a spirited Owenmore Gaels found the net three times in 10 minutes to take the lead. Ballymote knuckled down again scoring six unanswered points to win the game by two with Zak O'Dowd and Dylan Martin getting the final scores. Best on the day for the team were Aaron Brennan, Jack Lavin, Oisín Moffat, Luke Hogge and Conor Finn. Senior team: Rescheduled Benson Cup Quarter Final against Curry takes place this Sunday at 2:30pm in Corran Park. All support welcomed.
IT Sligo GAA: Best of luck Dylan Martin, Shane Langton and the IT Freshers team who take on IT Tralee in the semi final this Thursday in Stradbally.
U8's/U10's: Training for u8 is from 6.15 to 7.15 pm each Thursday for the month of March. U10s are 7.15 to 8.15 pm in Coláiste Mhuire Gym.
Commiserations: Hard luck to the Sumerhill Senior team who lost to St. Geralds of Castlebar in the Connacht Senior A Championship final last weekend . Involved in the Squad was club member James O'brien for the season.
