A huge well done to our U-16 girls who won their Division 3 league final Saturday evening. Final score - St Patrick’s/St Farnans: 5-6 - Curry: 2-12. Congrats to all the girls & management on an excellent win.
Congrats to our U17 St Patrick’s/Enniscrone team on winning the 7-a-side development blitz shield competition Thursday evening. Well done to the lads & coaches, big effort put in with a squad of only 8 in very warm conditions.
Hard luck to our U-13 boys who lost to a strong Tubbercurry/Cloonacool team on Friday evening.
Our Junior ladies lost on Sunday morning to CT Gaels. Final score - CT Gaels: 5-20 - St Patrick's: 2-7. We were missing a few key players and fielded a young team who showed great spirit and pride in the jersey but unfortunately came up against a very good CT Gaels team.
Hard luck to Sligo U20 & senior hurlers who both lost their semi-finals this week. Great to see Sligo hurling competing at the latter stages of competitions with better days to come.
Well done to Emma Kevany and Sligo ladies' intermediate team who had a great win against Longford yesterday in the 3rd round of the Intermediate championship.
Cúl Camps
The club hosted a very successful Cúl camp last week down at Seamie Donegan Park. A great week was had by all involved with over 80 children attending. Thanks to all the coaches who coordinated the camp.
Joker Jackpot
No winner in yesterday's Joker Jackpot draw. Card picked was the 8 of Hearts. Winners in draw were Aodhan Finneran, Maureen McCann & Jonathon Conlon
