Our senior men & Ladies management teams are taking shape presently. St Ronan’s clubman Alan Gaffney is our new Senior Men’s Bainisteoir for 2022, his is finalising his backroom team at present.

David Gaffney is continuing his tenure as Senior Ladies Bainisteoir.

Best of luck for the year ahead to both squads and their management teams. Mile Buiochas to John and his backroom team for their trojan work over the last number of years with the Senior lads.To Sean Breheny many thanks for your huge input into the Senior Ladies over the last number of years also.

The club’s AGM takes place on Wednesday February 9th at 8pm in the Resource Building.

The floodlights on the pitch will be switched on Monday’s from 6.30 to 8pm and Thursday’s from & 7pm to 8pm for anyone wishing to go for a run or a walk on the track.

Our 50/50 club draw has proved to be a good success to date. Commiserations to Arthur and the Sligo Senior Hurlers on their Connacht Hurling Pre season Cup Final defeat at the hands of Roscommon on Saturday last.

Best wishes for the season ahead to Pat, Donal and the Sligo Senior football lads as they begin their National League campaign on Sunday next with an away fixture against Wexford.
