The underage 2022 awards take place next Saturday 11th Feb at 6.00PM in Riverstown Hall. Along with the annual player of the year awards we will be presenting winners medals to winning teams from last year, U18 Girls C Championship, U16 Girls B Championship, U15 Boys C Championship, U14 Girls A Shield and U13 Boys A Shield.

We continue to recruit coaches for the coming year and appeal to any parents interested in getting involved at any level to contact us. Full training will be given and it always good to get new people involved. Please contact Michelle McMorrow on 087 6157455.
The Ireland Lights up walking initiative continues on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8PM in Riverstown Park. This is open to all members of the community, walk with a friend or walk by yourself as much or as little as you want. We have registered with Irish Life to enable us to enter the prize draw with a chance to win prizes if we achieve 4,000 KM over the next couple of weeks until Feb 15th. The club was saddened to learn of the passing of Sean Dwyer, Sligo and formerly of Riverstown and we wish to express sympathy with the Dwyer family, relatives and friends on Sean's passing. We also express sympathy to the family and relatives of Moira Tighe, Ballindoon who passed away last week.
