Hard luck to our County team who lost to Cork at the weekend, however we can be proud of our lads involvement. Aidan Devaney maintained his 100% clean sheet record while Conor Griffin won every ball that was played in to him for the time he was on. One can only wonder if Conor had been involved in the game earlier, would the score have been closer?
Because of the Cork match, there was no game this weekend for the Intermediates after their very impressive win V Ballymote the previous weekend.
Having lost to St Farnans, the Juniors bounced back in impressive form with an emphatic victory over Easkey last Friday.
Our u/12's had a resounding victory over Owenmore Gaels with 25 points to spare!
Having disposed of Naomh Eoin in the Dermot Molloy League by a whopping 7-23 to 1-09 the hurlers maintained their their form in the Championship by defeating Tourlestrane by    3-16 to 1-02.
Congratulations to the County u/16 footballers who won the Fr Manning Cup last week defeating Offaly.
Finally a massive congrats to Ladies club stalworths Ruth Walshe and Sarah Melvin who completed the gruelling 24hr "Sionnach" relay race which took part at the weekend and indeed to any other club members who took part!!!
