CALRY/ST. JOSEPH’S GAA CLUB CONGRATULATE TOM GALLEN

On behalf of Calry/St.Joseph’s GAA Club I wish to extend my heartiest congratulations to Tom Gallen, Hazelwood on being  inducted to the Sligo GAA Hall of Fame 2014.   Tom was one of the founding members of Calry/St. Joseph’s GAA Club and was the Club’s Treasurer for many years.  Tom a former county referee was also selector for the U16 minor team in the nineties.  In 1993 Tom joined the Markievicz Park committee and served as Chairman for number of years.  

The Club are proud & delighted that Tom has been nominated for this award which is richly deserved and only can only imagine the amount of hours of work that Tom has put in over the years and continues to put in into keeping our County Grounds in such great shape. 

Myself and all the Gaels of Calry wish Tom many more happy years of continued service to our County.
