The Cloonacool Sports day was a great success which was held last Saturday. The weather held up and there was a great variety of activities to keep everyone entertained. From races to egg throwing, pillow fighting, obstacle course to tractor and trailer reversing, there was something for everyone. A huge thanks to Belinda Henry for organising a great event.
That evening a Mr and Mrs competition was held in Brennans. A very enjoyable night it turned out to be. Martin McIntyre was the question master, and he done an excellent job. Paul and Karen Queenan are officially the most compatible couple in the village.
