Presentation.
Congratulations to all our boys and girls who received their certs and medals in Cloonacool Community Center on Sunday evening.
Thanks to everyone who helped out and best of luck for the year ahead.

Colleges. 
           Congratulations to Eddie McGuinness who won an All Ireland freshers medal with DCU.
           Great to see Eddie back to full fitness after his recent injuries.

Underage Fixtures 

          U14s play their first game against Tourlestrane on Sunday the 26th at 11am. 
          Minors first game is against Curry on the 27th  @ 6.30 in Curry.
          U10 Coaching continues on Friday evenings in Cloonacool. 

U12 coaching on Tuesdays and Thus  from 6.30-7.30 

U14 coaching on Tuesday evening from 6.30-7.30 in Kilcoyne park.


Seniors. 

Tubbercurry seniors kicked off their season with a good win over neighbours Curry. Next up is an outing against Tourlestrane on the 25th at 5  in Tourlestrane.

Sligo Teams

Best of luck to Darragh Kilcoyne, Jason Perry and Eddie McGuinness and their Sligo u21 teammates who take on Roscommon next Wednesday the 22nd in Kiltoom at 7.30. Hard luck to the seniors who went down to a very disappointing defeat to Longford. Congrats to the minors who had a very good victory over Roscommon in the Connacht league.

 (go raibh maith agat) is the new GAA Membership Card programme providing benefits and rewards to you, as a GAA member.  It is a ‘thank you’ or ‘go raibh maith agat’ for your involvement in your GAA club, engagement in GAA activities and attendance at games. Registration for the programme is now open with benefits available from January 2017. When you sign up, you will receive your Membership Card early this year enabling you to avail of partner discounts, special offers and earn points for going to games. Points can be redeemed by individual members or pooled for redemption by GAA clubs. You will need a GAA membership number to join grma and receive a Membership Card. Please request your membership number at your club when you renew your subscription for 2017. New club members will not have a GAA membership number until their club has registered them on the GAA Games Management System. The club will be able to provide a membership number once this registration step has been completed. Membership Cards will only be distributed to members who have signed up to grma online.The programme is only available to adult members (over 18’s).

Kellogg's GAA Cúl camps.
Anyone interested in coaching on this years Kelloggs GAA Cúl camps please email your CV to liamog.gormley.gm.sligo@gaa.ie by March 31st. This is a wonderful opportunity for young coaches to gain coaching experience and to make a bit of pocket money.
Basic requirements that must be in CV.
1. Garda Vetted
2. Child protection course complete
3. Foundation coaching qualification complete
4. All applicants must be 18 or above by 1st of June 2017

Coaching and Courses.

March 27th  Foundation Coaching Course in Summerhill. This is the last one for this year. Remember this is a minimum requirement along with Garda vetting and child protection course for anyone wishing to be involved in underage coaching.  

Sligo Seniors Fundraiser

        Kieran  Quinn presents a Theme Night in association with Sligo GAA, on Friday 24th March.
        This will be an excellent night with many guests.
        It's in the Knocknarea Arena, tickets are €25 each and can be purchased from John Murphy
