Best wishes to the Sligo U21 squad including our own Club stars Alan McLoughlin and Gerard Brady for this Saturday's Connacht final clash against Galway in Markievicz Park at 6.00pm. Well done also to Sligo minor boys who defeated Leitrim by three points at Scarden on Saturday. St Molaise Gaels have four players in this promising group of Players Dean Carroll, Luke Towey, Conor Feigheney and Robbie Kelly.

Underage coaching for Boys and Girls from U6 to U12 continues this Saturday  April 2nd. Girls U6 to U14 10.00am to 11.00am and Boys U6 to U12 11.15am to 12.15pm. Registration can be done on any Saturday morning for next couple of weeks. The underage football season is now u and running. On Friday last our U16 Boys opened their Division I League campaign with an impressive 4-11 to 2-05 home victory over Coolera/Strandhill with both sides contributing to an excellent game. On Monday next April 3rd Gaels are away to Geevagh/St Michaels at 7.00pm. On Tuesday  4th our two U12 Boys squads have Division I and Division III fixtures away to Owenmore Gaels at 6.30pm

Our  next Club Lotto Draw takes place on Monday  April 10th at 8.30pm. Thank you to everyone for their continued support for this important fundraiser.

Our senior team made it two wins from two in the Kiernan Cup on Saturday last with a 5-12 to 3-08 win away to  Drumcliffe/Rosses Point. NIall McLoughlin was in goal scoring form hitting the net four times with Cathal Herron and Keelan Waters also impressing in attack. Liam Kennedy had a fine outing in defence while Paddy MacGowan produced an excellent display in the middle of the Park.

Our Junior Ladies opened their warm up competition  campaign with a long trip to Tourlestrane for an early Sunday morning throw in. While defeated it was a great team performance by all the Girls. 21 Ladies togged out and the display suggests a good season ahead with a home fixture against St Pat's to look forward to this weekend.

Our annual "Cash for Clobber" fundraiser coincides with the return of underage coaching. If anyone has old clothes and footwear that they don't need the Club would be delighted to take these. Goods can be left at the Club  rooms on any Saturday morning.

Thanks to Gene Sheerin and Grainne Kilfeather who represented St Molaise Gaels and Sligo in the Connacht Scor finals in Tubbercurry on Saturday night last.
