Coaching for u6/8/10 boys and girls continue on Friday evenings from 7-8.  Numbers are improving steadily every week and if you know any kids/parents in the community who would like to get involved please invite them along or alternatively pass their name on to the coaches. It's a great way to get to know new people in the community. A large percentage of the coaches in the club at the moment are new to the area over the last few years and can all remember their first introduction to the club.

Well done to Sligo seniors who defeated New York on a scoreline of 1:20 to 1:13. Great to see David Kelly and Steven Gilmartin making a telling impact when they entered the fray. Next up Mayo who will be a daunting challenge but hopefully Sligo can get everyone back to match fitness and who knows with the rub of the green a surprise might be on the cards. Indeed it's been a busy few weeks for Steven and his fiancé Aine Waters who got engaged recently. Congrats to the happy couple.

A big congratulations to our local community games u13 girls futsal team who won All Ireland gold at the National community games. The girls are prominent footballers with CT Gaels and the Tubbercurry/Cloonacool community are seriously proud of their achievements.
