Sligo county council has sent a letter to the Sligo hurling team with their resolution proposed by Marie Casserly and seconded by Martin Baker
"That a vote of congratulations be extended to Sligo Senior Hurlers on winning the Nicky Rackard Cup 2019"
Further a civic reception for the Hurling Squad will take place this Friday at 7pm at the Sligo Town Hall hosted by Tom McSharry and Gino O'Boyle to commend the Sligo Senior Hurlers on winning the Nicky Rackard Cup.
Family members, friends and members of the hurling community are welcome.
