A Chairde,

In light of the Covid-19 Crisis, an Emergency Sub Committee has been formed to offer support and deal with any issues/queries Clubs may have during this crisis.

Could we remind clubs to ensure that all guidelines, instructions issued by Croke Park & Government are adhered to particularly to team activities.

Updates will be circulated to Club Secretaries as soon as they are received from Croke Park.

The CCC have informed that all games within Sligo are cancelled for the remainder of March and all of April at a minimum.

During this time the Club Sligo Fundraiser will be put on hold.

Club Fees will be discussed with Croke Park on Thursday March 26th

As a gesture of goodwill, the Emergency Subcommittee have decided to make Sligo GAA COE    available to the HSE as a Testing Centre should they require it.

A hotline will be set up to assist Clubs with any local issues/queries they may have.

The Hotline number is Sligo GAA Centre of Excellence (071) 916 8750 (10am to 5pm)

(this will be managed by Co. Administrator Eamonn McMunn)

The Emergency Subcommittee will meet by Teleconference Call weekly (each Monday).

Any suggestions/issues from any member should be e-mailed to the County Secretary in advance of the meeting.

Please be assured of our utmost support during this unprecedented crisis and we wish you & your families a safe passage through this crisis.

Le gach dea-ghuí
