The Senior men drew 0-7 to 0-7 with Drumcliffe/Rosses Point in the first round of the championship last Saturday evening in very difficult weather conditions in Kent Park. The team was: Daniel Lyons, Evan Lyons, Paul Higgins (Capt), Andrew Flynn, Sean Carroll (0-1), Declan Willis, Karl McKenna, Dillon McDermott, Dylan Willis, James Carroll (0-1), Brian Boyd (0-1), Shane Deignan (0-1), Johnny Quinn (0-1), David Quinn (0-2), Brendan Hailstones. Subs: Frank Quinn for B Boyd, Patrick Benson for D Willis, Darragh Hailstones for B Hailstones, Lee Deignan for J Quinn. They now take on Tubbercurry next Sunday at 2.00PM in Ballymote.

The Junior team lost 1-11 to 1-9 to St Molaise Gaels in the first round of the championship in Scarden last Sunday in a game also played in difficult weather conditions. The team was: John Craig, Shane McCann, Eoin O'Connell, Gavin McMorrow, Ciaran O'Connor, Niall Henry, Luke Flynn, Eoin Carroll, Alan Kelly, Conor Kearns, Keith McMorrow, Michael Barry, Joe Quinn, Seamus Hailstones, Steven Willis. Subs: Liam tuohy for C Kearns, Mark Kearns for Seamus Hailstones, Niall Whelan for S McCann. They now take on Tourlestrane next Saturday at 5.00PM in Bunninadden.
  
The Senior Ladies recorded another good win against Calry/St Josephs in the Junior championship on a scoreline of 1-12 to 0-8. The team was: Meabh McDermott, Amy Healy, Ellie McDermott (0-1), Naomh Quinn, Louise Merrick, Aoife Morrisroe (0-1), Isobel Clark, Siobhan Brennan, Jade Lyons (0-1), Rachel Boyd (0-3), Aoife O'Connor, Áine O'Connel (1-2), Céilí Faughnan (0-1), Louise Smyth (0-1), Jane Benson (0-2). subs used Eilis O'Connor and Erin Mullaney. They now play St Molaise Gaels in Coola next Sunday at 10.30AM.

The U18 boys had a good 0-17 to 0-12 win in difficult conditions over Curry in the second round of championship.The team was: Jack Duignan, Eoin Dwyer, Aaron McKenna, Jason Kilkenny, Conor Sheridan, Patrick Barrett, David Barlow, Conor Kearns, Daniel Murphy, Johnny Kenny (0-3), Adam Kearns (0-1), Conor McMorrow (0-5), Lee Duignan (0-8) Sub used Aodhan Eivers. They now play Geevagh/St Michaels in Geevagh next Wednesday at 6.30PM.

The U18 girls got the championship off to a great start with a 3-12 to 3-6 win over CT Gaels last Tuesday. The team was: Kate Brehony, Ruby Clark, Kate Brady, Laoise King, Amy Healy, Ellie McDermott, Jade lyons (1-1), Isobel Clark,  Hannah Willis, Céilí Faughnan (0-4), Grace O'Carroll, (0-1), Amy Willis, Nadine Hargadon (0-5), Meave Lyons (0-1) Subs used; Lara Swan, Nola Eivers (2-0). They now play Eastern Harps in Keash next Tuesday at 7PM.

The U16 boys lost 2-11 to 0-10 to St Mary's last week. The team was: Jack Duignan, Oisin Conlon, Conor Sheridan, Jamie Parke, Dylan McKenna, Sam Tuohy, Niall Kenny, Andrew Barlow, George Barlow, Ciaran Kenny, Daniel King, PJ Scanlon,  Conor McMorrow (0-7), James Foley (0-3), Brian Dwyer. Subs used Troy Gilgarro, Keelan Brehony, Daniel O'Hara. They now play Tubbercurry/Cloonacool on Friday at 6.30PM in Coola.
 
The U16 girls play  Owenmore Gaels on Thursday at 6.30PM in Coola.
 
The U14 boys had a good 6-3 to 4-7 win over St John's in their first game. The team was: Sean Kelly, Alex Clark, Aaron Coleman, Leo Scanlon, Joris Rooney, Adam O'Carroll, PJ Scanlon (1-0), Jack Tuohy, Niall Kenny (2-1), Darragh Mc Keon (1-0), Keilan Hannon (1-0), Jack Brehony (0-2), Jack Barrett (1-0), Matthew Potter, Leo Kennedy. subs used Eddie Cogan, Dylan White and Aaron Taylor.
 
The U12 boys play their first game this Tuesday against Eastern Harps in Coola at 6.30PM while the U12 girls play St Michael's on Wednesday at 6.30PM in Coola and they are also out on Friday away to Geevagh at 7.00PM.

The club wish to express sympathy with the family and relatives of Dominic Quinn, Gadden who passed away Friday after a long battle with illness bravely fought. Ar Dhéis Dé go raibh a anam. We also express sympathy with Antoinette McTiernan, Ballygawley on the death of her mother Mary Daly, Cootehall.
