Calling all Lidl shoppers, our underage Girls team are looking for a new set of jerseys and are asking for your support to achieve that.

All you have to do is download the Lidl app on your phone and every time you spend e30 and scan your app; Geevagh Girls team will get a token.

It requires 300 tokens to get a set of jerseys. Our girl’s would really appreciate your support. Our U.14’s provided a season of top quality entertainment in 2020, why not show your appreciation by helping them get a new kit.

After being granted funding from the Sports Capital Fund, Gaobhach CLG & Geevagh Community Resource Group will be meeting shortly to progress the installation of ball stop nets at Pairc Ailbhe, this work will be completed in the next few months.

The pitch Floodlights in the Sports field will be switched on every Monday, Wednesday & Friday nights from 6.30pm to 8pm for those who wish to avail of the facility while still adhering to Covid 19 regulations.

Sympathy is extended the the family, relatives & friends of the late Margaret Ann Waters, Carrownaclaune.
