Connacht GAA Club Junior Football Championship
Our men's team have progressed to the semi-final of the Connacht GAA Club Junior Football Championship after defeating Leitrim's Glenfarne/Kiltyclogher on Saturday afternoon. The final score was St Patricks: 3-14 - Glenfarne/Kiltyclogher: 3-08. The team on duty was Tomas McMunn, Johnny Higgins, Jack Egan, James Kearins, Joe McMunn, Conor Kevany, David Giblin, Connell Kearins, Cathal Finneran, Ciaran Giblin, Donal Brady, Pierce Kearins, Jim Davis, Oisin Kevany, Padraic Clarke. Subs used : Patrick Farrell, Enda Clarke, Paul Boland, Dean Mahon & Jack Clarke. We will now play Roscommon representatives St Joseph's Kilteevan in the semi-final this weekend November 27th/28th. Time, date & venue to be confirmed. Thank you to all supporters who wished good luck to the team prior to the game and all who attended the game on the day, the journey is not over yet and we would encourage all supporters & local businesses to again get out your green & red flags, bunting, hats, bands and good luck signs for this weekend and show your continued support for the team, it is greatly appreciated by all involved in the club. Thank you also to the people who organised food for the lads after the game.
