The Senior Ladies had a narrow home league win over CT Gaels on Sunday in an exciting game. The final score was 1-8 to 1-7. The team was: Mairead Tuohy, Amy Healy, Ellie McDermott, Siobhan Brennan, Isobel Clark, Naomh Quinn, Louise Merrick, Aoife Morrisroe (0-1), Ruby Clark (0-1), Erin Mullaney, Aine O'Connell, Rachel Boyd (0-1), Catherine Tuohy, Jade Lyons, Ceili Faughnan (0-5). Subs: Makayla McLoughlin (1-0) for C Tuohy, Roisin Kearns for E Mullaney, Meabh Callaghan for R Boyd. They now play Eoghan Rua next Sunday at 10.30AM in Ballisodare in the warm up league final.

The Senior Div 1 team lost 2-14 to 0-15 to Tourlestrane in the first round of the league. The team was: Daniel Lyons, Ben Tuohy, Evan Lyons, Shane Barry, Ciaran O'Connor, Paul Higgins, Karl McKenna, Darragh Kelly, James Carroll, Daire Kearns, Liam O'Connell, Conor Sheridan, Johnny Quinn, Dillon McDermott, Darragh Hailstones. Subs: Seamus Hailstones for B Tuohy, Shane Deignan for D Kearns.
 
The Senior Div 3 team lost 2-11 to 3-13 away to St Johns in the first round of the league. The team was: Jack Duignan, Aodhan Eivers, Gavin McMorrow, John Craig, Andy Flynn (0-1), Declan Willis, Patrick Barrett, Conor Kearns (0-1), Eoin O'Connell, Daire Kearns, Keith McMorrow (0-1), Conor McMorrow (0-4), Steven Willis (1-2), Eoin Dwyer (1-1), Mark Kearns. Subs: Patrick Kenny (0-1) for M Kearns, Shane McCann for K McMorrow, Conor Sheridan for Eoin Dwyer, Daniel O'Hara for Eoin Dwyer, Darragh Kelly for Andy Flynn.  They now play Owenmore Gaels in the final group game of the Spring League next Sunday at 12.00PM.

The Senior Div 4 team drew 2-8 to 0-14 with Ballymote in the first round of the league last Friday. The team was: Jack Duignan, Aodhan Eivers, Gavin McMorrow, Shane McCann, Patrick Barrett, Eoin Dwyer, Keith McMorrow (0-1), Dylan McKenna, Jarlath Lyons (0-1), Patrick Kenny, Steven Willis (1-6), Damien Lyons, Adam Kearns, Eoin McDermott, Brendan Baker (1-0). Subs used: Ultan McKenna, Vinny Henry, Andrew McGrievy. They now take on Geevagh away next Friday at 8.00PM.
  
The U17 boys recorded their second win of the league over Owenmore Gaels on a scoreline of 3-18 to 1-5. The team was: Sean Kelly, Jack Tuohy, Steven Smith, Adam O'Carroll, Ciaran Kenny (0-5), PJ Scanlon, Niall Kenny (0-1), George Barlow (0-1), Joris Rooney, Aaron Coleman (0-5), Keelan Hannon (0-1), Jack Barrett (0-1), Brian Dwyer (3-4) Subs used: Leo Kennedy.

The U16 girls play St Pats/St Farnans on Monday away 7PM.

The U15 boys lost 5-11 to 3-8 to Castleconor last Thursday. The team was: Eli Rogers, Sean Doherty, Liam McDermott, Miceal Garry, Joesph O'Connor, Tadhg Kenny, Jack Brehony, Cruz Lyons, Daniel Kearns, Darragh McKeon, Troy Kelly, Rian Conway, Charlie King Subs: used Alex Clark, Dylan White and Aaron Taylor.

The U13 boys A team play St John's away on Friday at 7.30PM.

The U11 boys are away to St Molaise Gaels on Tuesday at 7.00PM.

The U10 and U8 girls had busy week with games against Owenmore Gaels and Geevagh with great skills on display.

The U7 boys and girls took to the field Wednesday evening at home for their first outing in the Gaels jersey. They played Coolera/Strandhill with some great scores and they had loads of support on the evening which was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

The club were saddened to hear of the passing of John Joe McGoldrick, Sooey, who for many years was the custodian of our clubhouse.  We wish to express sympathy with his relatives and friends on his passing. We also express sympathy with the family and relatives of Margaret McLoughlin, Riverstown and Malachy MacLoughlin, Dublin and formerly of Riverstown who died during the week.
