The Bord Ná Nóg AGM takes place this Thursday 7th at 8.30PM in the Clubhouse. We would appeal to parents of underage players to attend as we reflect on the year gone by and put plans in place for the year ahead.
At a well attended AGM on Sunday, Chairperson Lauri Quinn stepped down after ten years at the helm and Andy Kearns has been elected to the position for the coming year. In accepting the position, Andy acknowledged Lauri's record as a progressive chairperson who has seen the club go from strength to strength and he thanked him for the tremendous selfless work he has done in developing the club which he is leaving in a healthy position for the future. Treasurer: Mary Quinn, Ast Treasurer: Nadine Barrett, PRO: Cormac Kearns, Ast PRO's: Róisín Kearns, Sheona Leydon, Registrar: Mary Quinn, Development officer: Michael Brennan, Irish Language & Cultural Officer: Catherine McMorrow, Healthy Club Officer: Marina Swann, Insurance Officer: David Quinn, Coaching Officer: Paul Higgins, Childrens Officer: Martha Byrne, Designated Liaison Officer: Martin McMahon, County Board Delegate: Eugene Carroll, Riverstown Park: John Quinn, Michael Tuohy, Martin Baker.  Additional Executive members: Emma Orr, Thomas Galvin, Michael Tonry, Gearoid O'Connor, Eddie Cogans, Andrew Hannon, Majella Muldowney, Ursula Lyons, Shane Quigley and the Chair and Secretary of Bord Ná Nóg post their AGM on Thursday. 
The winners of the November members draw were, Emma Orr €125, Naomh Quinn €65, Siobhan Brennan €40, Andy Kearns €25, Donie McDermott €25. We also held the additional Christmas draw and the winners were Carmel Tuohy €60, Patricia Cawley €40 and Leo Kearns €20.
Well done to Evan Lyons who won the Ryan Cup League title with NUIG last week for the first time since 1979.
The winner of last weeks 50/50 draw was Ann Marie Burns who won €654. We have now given out over €20K in prizes since we started the 50/50 draw this year. Thanks to all who continue to support the draw which provides vital funds to keep the club afloat. At this weeks AGM, Treasurer, Mary Quinn outlined the cost of running the senior club for the year was €75K and this draw along with the members draw account for the majority of our income. The club wish to express sympathy with Philip Sheridan and family on the passing of his mother, Mary Sheridan, Cavan last week.  We also express sympathy with the family and relatives of Pauline Catherine Alston (nee Duffy), Scotland and formerly of Riverstown who died last week.
